Our classic Sauvignon Blanc comes from a eight-acre block in Monterey's San Saba Vineyard.  The cool climate of this location produces limited quantities of fine Sauvignon Blanc. Comprised of gravel and loam and sitting at the foot of the Santa Lucia Highlands in the historic Salinas Valley, it has a long growing season that produces grapes with rich tropical fruit characteristics. The fresh green color of this Sauvignon Blanc is distinctive and promises a bright, lively flavor.  The nose is tropical flavors with a touch of lemongrass and racy acidity.  Perfect for a spring garden party.  Look for flavors of guava, grapefruit and passion fruit.
